The basics
What is HoneyBoost and who is it for?
No question matches. Try another word.
HoneyBoost is a dietary supplement in gummy form, sold in a 30-count bottle. These HoneyBoost frequently asked questions start from the printed label, because the label wins whenever a sales page says something else.
Every answer opens with the direct reply. Where no source exists, we say we found none.
What kind of product is HoneyBoost?
HoneyBoost is a dietary supplement in gummy form, not a medicine. It comes in a clear 30-count bottle with a black and gold label that reads “Honey Flavor”. The FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold (FDA, Q&A on Dietary Supplements). No study has tested this product.
How does HoneyBoost work in the body?
No one has shown how the finished gummy works, because no study tests it. It holds seven separate lines, and each has its own research, usually at larger amounts than the label prints. We go through them one at a time on the how it works page.
Who is HoneyBoost meant for?
The label calls it a “Male Vitality Formula” and says it is not intended for use under age 18. It also says not to take it if you are pregnant, lactating, have a medical condition or take other medications. That rules out many adults, so ask a physician first.
Is HoneyBoost a capsule, a pill or a drop?
No. HoneyBoost is a gummy, 30 to a bottle. Some keyword lists say capsules, pills or drops, but the label says gummies, and one serving is 1 gummy (4.2 g). The gummy form page covers what that means for sugar and servings.
What does “Male Vitality Formula” mean on the label?
It is the name printed on the front, marked with a dagger that leads to the FDA statement. The label does not define it. It makes no claim in words about erection problems or hormone levels. The gap between the name and the evidence is on the claims page.
Is HoneyBoost the same as testosterone therapy?
No. HoneyBoost is a supplement, and the label lists no hormone. Low testosterone is a separate medical cause of sexual problems, and a doctor can check it with a blood test (MedlinePlus, Testosterone levels test). Testing comes before guessing.
Ingredients and label
What is in a HoneyBoost gummy?
One gummy lists seven lines under the sugar rows, each with an amount: zinc 2.5 mg, tongkat ali extract 25 mg, and 10 mg each of maca, horny goat weed, damiana, mucuna and L-arginine.
The six lines other than zinc add up to 75 mg. The gummy itself weighs 4.2 g, so most of it is sugar and the other listed ingredients.
Mineral and amino acid: 2 lines
- ZnZinc (as zinc gluconate)2.5 mg · 23% DV
- ArL-arginine10 mg · DV not established
Plant extracts: 5 lines
- MaMaca root extract 10:110 mg · DV not established
- HGHorny goat weed extract 8:110 mg · DV not established
- DaDamiana leaf extract 5:110 mg · DV not established
- TATongkat ali root extract 100:125 mg · DV not established
- MuMucuna seed extract (98% L-DOPA)10 mg · DV not established
From the Supplement Facts box, in label order. Every amount is printed; there is no proprietary blend. Other ingredients (sugar, corn syrup, water, pectin, citric acid, natural flavor, guar gum, tapioca starch, sodium citrate, artificial color) are not active lines.
What are the seven lines on the HoneyBoost label?
In label order: zinc (as zinc gluconate) 2.5 mg, maca root extract 10 mg, horny goat weed extract 10 mg, damiana leaf extract 10 mg, tongkat ali root extract 25 mg, mucuna seed extract 10 mg and L-arginine 10 mg. The supplement facts page types out the whole panel.
Does HoneyBoost contain ashwagandha or L-arginine HCl?
The label prints neither. It lists no ashwagandha and plain “L-Arginine” with no salt named. The seller's FAQ page names ashwagandha and L-arginine HCl. We print the label and treat the seller's wording as a gap to confirm at checkout.
Does HoneyBoost contain real honey?
The ingredient list names no honey. The label says “Honey Flavor”, and Other ingredients are sugar, corn syrup, water, pectin, citric acid, natural flavor, guar gum, tapioca starch, sodium citrate and artificial color. A 2019 review of honey and testosterone drew mostly on animal studies (Honey and testosterone (review, 2019)).
How much sugar is in one HoneyBoost gummy?
Each gummy has 3 g of total sugars, all of it added sugar, which is 6% of the Daily Value. That is about 71% of the 4.2 g gummy by weight. The American Heart Association suggests most men stay under about 36 g of added sugar a day (AHA, Added sugars).
Is HoneyBoost a proprietary blend?
No. Every line prints its own amount. The six lines other than zinc add up to 75 mg, about 1.8% of the 4,200 mg gummy, and zinc adds 2.5 mg. The rest is sugar, syrup and the other listed ingredients.
What does 100:1 mean on the tongkat ali line?
A 100:1 extract means about 100 parts of root were used to make 1 part of extract. The gummy holds 25 mg of that extract. The “2,500 mg” equivalent on the label is the root used to make it, not an amount inside the gummy. See extract ratios.
Is HoneyBoost really free of artificial additives?
The label says “Lab Tested, No Artificial Additives” and also lists artificial color under Other ingredients. We print both and do not merge them. We found no published lab report, so we cannot confirm the testing.
Does HoneyBoost contain allergens?
The label says it is packaged in the same facility as peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy and milk products. It does not list those as ingredients. If you have a food allergy, read your bottle yourself and ask your doctor or pharmacist before use.
Evidence and legitimacy
Does HoneyBoost work, and is it legit?
No study has tested HoneyBoost, so no source can say it works. It is a real labeled product, and the questions below separate what the label shows from what studies of single plants found.
A dose from a trial shows what was tested in the group studied. It is not a promise for you, and the gummy is far below the amounts we found. The full table is on the label vs studies page.
Does HoneyBoost work for men?
No study of HoneyBoost exists, so no one can say it works. Research on its single plants is small or mixed, and each trial used more than one gummy holds. Doctors look for the cause of erection trouble first, and many causes can be treated.
Is HoneyBoost legit?
It is a real labeled product, but legit does not mean proven. Strengths: every amount is printed, a distributor is named, and an order desk has a phone. Weak spots: no product trial, no named maker, unverified reviews. See is it legit.
Will HoneyBoost raise my testosterone?
The label does not claim it. No source shows that zinc, maca, horny goat weed, damiana, mucuna or L-arginine lifts testosterone in men at these amounts. A 2022 analysis found higher total testosterone with certain tongkat ali extracts, at other doses (Eurycoma and testosterone (meta-analysis, 2022)).
How does the tongkat ali in HoneyBoost compare with studies?
The gummy holds 25 mg of tongkat ali extract. One open study gave 76 men 200 mg a day for a month (Tambi 2012, Tongkat Ali 200 mg and late-onset hypogonadism). That is 8 times the label amount. A study dose shows what was tested, not what works for you.
Can a supplement replace a doctor's visit for erection problems?
No. Erection trouble can come from diabetes, heart disease, medicines, low testosterone or stress, and many causes are treatable. It can also be an early sign of heart disease, so book a visit whatever you take (Mayo Clinic, Erectile dysfunction).
Are there verified HoneyBoost reviews?
Not yet. We publish no star rating, count or customer quote until a verified review exists, so the cards on the reviews page are labeled empty slots. An FTC rule bars fake reviews, and we will not post any (FTC, Fake reviews rule (Aug 2024)).
Safe use
Is HoneyBoost safe, and how do you take it?
It depends on your health and your medicines. The label says not to take it with a medical condition or other medications, so a physician or pharmacist should hear about it first.
Keep taking prescribed medicine exactly as directed, and never stop it because of a supplement. A supplement is no reason to wait when a warning sign appears.

Signs from (CDC, Heart attack signs), (Mayo Clinic, Priapism) and (NIDDK, Erectile dysfunction: definition and facts). This list is not complete, and a supplement is never a reason to wait.
Does HoneyBoost come with directions?
The label we read prints a serving size, 1 gummy (4.2 g), but no directions block and no storage line. The seller's FAQ page says one gummy a day with water, 20 to 30 minutes before a meal. That wording is not on the label. Follow your bottle and your doctor.
Can I take more than one HoneyBoost gummy a day?
The label sets a serving at 1 gummy, and we found no source that supports more. Each extra gummy adds 3 g of sugar and more of every line, including the L-DOPA from mucuna. Ask your doctor before changing any amount.
Who should not take HoneyBoost?
The label says do not take it if pregnant, lactating, suffering from a medical condition or taking other medications, and not for use under age 18. Keep it away from children, and do not use it if the seal is broken or missing. When in doubt, ask a physician.
What side effects can HoneyBoost cause?
No trial reports side effects of the gummy. For single lines, Mayo lists nausea, belly pain and diarrhea with L-arginine (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine), and LiverTox lists nausea, stomach upset, headache and rash with tongkat ali (LiverTox, Tongkat Ali). See side effects.
Can I take HoneyBoost with nitrates or an erection pill?
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first. Nitrates and erection pills can drop blood pressure too low together (StatPearls, PDE5 inhibitors (nitrates contraindicated)), and Mayo says L-arginine can do the same with nitrates and sildenafil (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine). Never stop a prescribed medicine because of a supplement.
Can I take HoneyBoost with levodopa for Parkinson's disease?
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first. The mucuna line is standardized to 98% L-DOPA, 9.8 mg a gummy, and L-DOPA is the active part of levodopa medicine. MedlinePlus tells people on MAO inhibitors to talk to their doctor about levodopa (MedlinePlus, Levodopa and carbidopa).
Is HoneyBoost safe with diabetes medicine?
Ask first. Memorial Sloan Kettering notes damiana lowered blood sugar in animal studies (MSK, Damiana), and each gummy also holds 3 g of added sugar. Tell your pharmacist about every supplement you take. More in supplements and medicines.
