HoneyBoost Gummies are a honey-flavored dietary supplement for adult men, sold in a 30-gummy bottle. The label calls it a “Male Vitality Formula”. Each gummy lists zinc 2.5 mg, tongkat ali 25 mg and five more lines at 10 mg each. Those lines add up to about 75 mg of a 4.2 g gummy. We found no study of the product itself.

What it is
HoneyBoost is a dietary supplement in gummy form, sold in a clear 30-count bottle with a black and gold label. The label sets one serving at 1 gummy (4.2 g), so a bottle holds 30 servings.
The Supplement Facts panel lists seven lines under the sugar rows: zinc, tongkat ali, maca, horny goat weed, damiana, mucuna and L-arginine. Every line has an amount printed. There is no proprietary blend to decode.
The front says “Male Vitality Formula”, and the claims around it carry a dagger that leads to the FDA statement. The label does not say the gummy treats erectile dysfunction or raises testosterone. We check each claim on the claims vs evidence page.
HoneyBoost is not a medicine and is not FDA-approved. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold (FDA, Q&A on Dietary Supplements).
Some keyword lists say capsules, pills or drops. The label says gummies. See the gummy form page.
The catch is size: the plant lines sit at 10 to 25 mg. See how each one compares with studies on the label vs studies page.
The name suggests honey. The ingredient list has none, only natural flavor. See is there honey in it.
The 7 lines
One gummy lists zinc 2.5 mg, tongkat ali root extract 25 mg, and 10 mg each of maca root extract, horny goat weed extract, damiana leaf extract, mucuna seed extract and L-arginine.
Four of the plant lines also print an extract ratio and a root or leaf equivalent, for example “100:1” and “equivalent to 2,500 mg Tongkat Ali Root”. That equivalent is the plant used to make the extract. The gummy holds the 25 mg of extract. Mucuna is standardized to 98% L-DOPA, which is 9.8 mg of the 10 mg. The extract ratios page shows the math.
From the Supplement Facts box, in label order. Every amount is printed; there is no proprietary blend. Other ingredients (sugar, corn syrup, water, pectin, citric acid, natural flavor, guar gum, tapioca starch, sodium citrate, artificial color) are not active lines.

Established nutrient. The NIH fact sheet makes no statement about zinc and testosterone, sexual function or fertility, so none is made hereFull profileAndean root; the label prints a 10:1 extract and a 100 mg root equivalent
Limited: a 2010 review of four small trials called the evidence limited; the 12-week trial found better self-rated desire and no change in testosterone; no trial used 10 mg of extractFull profile
10 mg · 8:1Epimedium; the label prints an 8:1 extract and an 80 mg plant equivalent
Very limited: MSK cites no human trial of sexual function; LiverTox says rigorous trials are lacking; the PDE5 result is a test-tube studyFull profile

The best studied of the plant lines: a 2022 meta-analysis of five trials found higher total testosterone; those trials used other extracts and doses, and LiverTox says free testosterone did not riseFull profileVelvet bean seed; the label prints 98% L-DOPA, which is 9.8 mg of the 10 mg
Limited: one study in infertile men with semen outcomes and small Parkinson's trials; no trial of erections or testosterone from 10 mgFull profileAmino acid the body uses to make proteins and nitric oxide
Mixed: small gains in some trials at gram doses; a 2024 review found most supplements ineffective for erection trouble; no trial tested 10 mgFull profileClaims vs evidence
No one has published a study of HoneyBoost, so no one can say it helps drive, stamina or testosterone. Research on its single plants is small or mixed, and each study used more of the plant than one gummy holds.
The best-studied line is tongkat ali. A 2022 analysis of five trials found higher total testosterone with certain tongkat ali extracts (Eurycoma and testosterone (meta-analysis, 2022)), while LiverTox notes that free testosterone did not rise in the trial it reviewed (LiverTox, Tongkat Ali). Maca raised self-rated desire in one 12-week trial at 1,500 and 3,000 mg a day, with no change in testosterone (Gonzales 2002, Maca, desire and testosterone).
For erections, a 2024 review of supplements found most were ineffective, and doctors look for the cause first (Barbonetti 2024, Nutraceuticals for ED (network meta-analysis)) (Mayo Clinic, Erectile dysfunction).
Claims as printed on the brand panels. Health claims in ads need competent and reliable scientific evidence, generally human trials of the same product (FTC, Health Products Guidance).
Erectile dysfunction can be an early sign of heart disease or diabetes (Mayo Clinic, Erectile dysfunction). Chest pain or other heart attack signs: call 911 (CDC, Heart attack signs).
Amounts vs research
For the plant and amino acid lines we checked, no. Each sits far below the amounts used in the studies we found.
Tongkat ali was tested at 200 mg a day for a month in 76 men (Tambi 2012, Tongkat Ali 200 mg and late-onset hypogonadism). The label holds 25 mg. Maca was tested at 1,500 to 3,000 mg a day (Gonzales 2002, Maca, desire and testosterone). The label's root equivalent is 100 mg. L-arginine trials in men with erection trouble used 1,500 to 5,000 mg a day (Rhim 2019, Arginine for ED (meta-analysis)). The label holds 10 mg.
That is arithmetic, not a verdict. A studied dose says what was tested, not what works for you, and the full table is on the label vs studies page.

Log scale: each step to the right is ten times more. A marker far to the right of the bar means the label holds much less than that reference. The label
The label warns: “Do not take if pregnant, lactating, suffering from a medical condition or taking other medications. Consult a physician before using this product.” It also says not for use under age 18.
The numbered spots below explain each part of the panel in plain words. One detail matters most: the supplied label prints a serving size of 1 gummy but no directions block. The seller's FAQ page says one gummy a day with water. We print both and do not merge them.
Tap a number to read that part of the label.
Serving size 1 gummy (4.2 g), 30 servings per container. One bottle is 30 days at one gummy a day.
Total sugars 3 g, all of it added sugar (6% of the 50 g Daily Value). That is about 71% of a 4.2 g gummy by weight.
2.5 mg as zinc gluconate, 23% of the 11 mg Daily Value.
10 mg of a 10:1 root extract, 'equivalent to 100 mg Maca Root'. The gummy holds 10 mg; the 100 mg is the root it was made from.
10 mg of an 8:1 extract, equivalent to 80 mg of the plant.
10 mg of a 5:1 leaf extract, equivalent to 50 mg of leaf.
25 mg of a 100:1 root extract, equivalent to 2,500 mg of root. This is the biggest line, and the 2,500 mg is not in the gummy.
10 mg of a seed extract standardized to 98% L-DOPA, which is 9.8 mg of L-DOPA.
10 mg. Daily Value not established.
Sugar, corn syrup, water, pectin, citric acid, natural flavor, guar gum, tapioca starch, sodium citrate, artificial color. No honey is listed.
Every word is also typed out on the HoneyBoost supplement facts page.
The small print
Zinc is 2.5 mg, the printed 23% of the 11 mg Daily Value. Sugars are 3 g in each gummy, all of it added sugar, which is 6% of the Daily Value.
Zinc is an essential mineral, and the NIH fact sheet does not link it to testosterone or sexual function (NIH ODS, Zinc). The sugar matters because about 71% of a 4.2 g gummy is sugar by weight. The AHA says most men should stay under about 36 g of added sugar a day (AHA, Added sugars). See the zinc page.
Zinc: label next to the reference amounts
The label prints 23% DV; 2.5 mg of the 11 mg Daily Value is 22.7%. The NIH page does not link zinc to testosterone or sexual function. (NIH ODS, Zinc)
Added sugars: one gummy next to the limits
The panel prints 3 g of added sugars, 6% of the 50 g Daily Value. The AHA limit for most men is 150 calories, about 9 teaspoons (about 36 g). (FDA, Added sugars on the label) (AHA, Added sugars)
Name check
Not on the ingredient list. The label says “Honey Flavor”, and the Other ingredients are sugar, corn syrup, water, pectin, citric acid, natural flavor, guar gum, tapioca starch, sodium citrate and artificial color.
A 2019 review of honey and testosterone found the evidence comes mainly from animal studies, with human trials still needed (Honey and testosterone (review, 2019)). Because the label lists no honey, that research would not apply to this gummy anyway.
The label also says “Lab Tested, No Artificial Additives” and lists artificial color. We print both and explain it on the label vs offer page. Other products with similar names exist: see other honey boost products.
How you take it
The label's serving is 1 gummy (4.2 g), and a 30-gummy bottle is 30 servings. The supplied label prints no directions, so follow your own bottle and your doctor.
The seller's FAQ page says one gummy a day with water, 20 to 30 minutes before a meal. That wording is not on the label we read. Ask your doctor before you change an amount, and keep any prescribed medicine on its own schedule.
On a new bottle, check that the seal is intact. Read the Supplement Facts. List any levodopa, nitrate, erection, blood pressure or diabetes medicine you take and ask your doctor or pharmacist first.
The label's serving is 1 gummy (4.2 g). The supplied label shows no directions block, the seller's FAQ page says one gummy a day with water, and you should follow your own bottle. Go with what your bottle says.
30 gummies at 1 a day is 30 days. A 3-bottle pack covers 90 days and 6 cover 180. Remember each gummy has 3 g of added sugar.
Note sleep, stress and any side effects in a simple log. Erection trouble or low drive that lasts deserves a doctor's visit, whatever you take.

Safety check
It depends on what you take. The label says not to use it with other medications or a medical condition, and mucuna carries L-DOPA, the active part of levodopa medicine (MedlinePlus, Levodopa and carbidopa).
Tick anything that applies to you to see which label lines matter and why. Then show the bottle to your pharmacist.
Nothing ticked. Still read the label warnings and tell your doctor about every supplement you take.
In HoneyBoost the mucuna seed extract is standardized to 98% L-DOPA (9.8 mg a gummy). L-DOPA is the active part of levodopa medicine, and MedlinePlus says to tell your doctor if you take MAO inhibitors. Ask your doctor or pharmacist first. (MedlinePlus, Levodopa and carbidopa) (Mucuna pruriens in Parkinson disease (review, 2025))
Arginine can lower blood pressure too far with nitrates and sildenafil. Horny goat weed blocked PDE5 in a test tube, which is the enzyme erection pills target; no human interaction data were found. Ask your doctor or pharmacist first. (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine) (Dell'Agli 2008, Icariin and PDE5 (lab)) (StatPearls, PDE5 inhibitors (nitrates contraindicated))
MSK says horny goat weed should not be taken with heart disease and notes rapid irregular heartbeat, and Mayo says arginine is not recommended after a recent heart attack. Ask your cardiologist first. (MSK, Epimedium (horny goat weed)) (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine)
Arginine can drop blood pressure too low with blood pressure medicine, and in rats maca added to losartan's effect. The label amounts are small, but ask your doctor. (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine) (MSK, Maca)
Damiana may lower blood sugar in animal studies and Mayo says arginine may need diabetes medicine adjustments. Each gummy also has 3 g of added sugar. Check with your doctor. (MSK, Damiana) (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine) (FDA, Added sugars on the label)
MSK says maca may affect hormone-sensitive cancers and horny goat weed has estrogenic effects and may reduce aromatase inhibitors. Ask your oncologist. (MSK, Maca) (MSK, Epimedium (horny goat weed))
MSK says maca can interfere with testosterone lab tests, and tongkat ali extracts have raised testosterone in trials. Tell the clinician what you take before any hormone test. (MSK, Maca) (Eurycoma and testosterone (meta-analysis, 2022)) (MedlinePlus, Testosterone levels test)
The NIH says zinc can lower the absorption of these antibiotics (take the antibiotic at least 2 hours before or 4 to 6 hours after zinc) and of penicillamine; thiazides raise zinc loss. (NIH ODS, Zinc)
LiverTox rates tongkat ali a possible rare cause of liver injury and says product strength is not standardized. Tell your doctor about every supplement. (LiverTox, Tongkat Ali)
Mayo lists a possible bleeding risk with arginine. Ask before you start, and tell your surgeon or dentist. (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine)
Supplements can affect bleeding or anesthesia, so tell your surgeon about every supplement well before surgery. (NCCIH, Using Supplements Wisely)
A teaching aid, not medical advice, and not a full list of interactions. Your pharmacist can check your exact medicines.
What has evidence
Finding the cause comes first. Doctors look at diabetes, heart disease, medicine side effects, low testosterone and stress, and quitting tobacco and moving more help many men (Mayo Clinic, ED diagnosis and treatment).
These are common causes worth ruling out with a clinician:

Night cook here. Gummy after dinner so I don't stack it with coffee. Checkout said gummy. I chew what arrived. I keep it on the washer. I take it before I start the truck.
